Delivery & Returns

Shipping

We ship orders to addresses within the territories displayed at checkout. Typical processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected delivery option and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Some items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons or due to manufacturer restrictions. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact customer support within 14 days to initiate a return.

To start a return please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
